Big Rig Crash Closes I-5 In Elk Grove

(CBS13) – A jackknifed big rig is blocked lanes of northbound Interstate 5 on Monday morning.
The incident happened just south of the Twin Cities Road exit around 3:30 a.m.
The driver suffered minor injuries, according to a Cosumnes Fire Department spokesperson.Heavy rains on Monday lead to several other crashes and localized flooding on area roadways.
