Benicia Man, 58, Arrested In NorCal Rapist Case

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The latest on a major development in the NorCal Rapist case:
11:45 a.m.
Sacramento Police Chief Daniel Hahn announced that a suspect has been arrested in the NorCal Rapist case.
Roy Charles Waller, a 58-year-old living in Benicia, was arrested, authorities said in Friday’s press conference.
