At Least 2 Million Votes Still To Be Counted In California

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) – Secretary of State Alex Padilla and other election observers say there are likely at least 2 million votes still to be counted from California’s presidential primary election.
Padilla made the comments at a post-election forum Thursday. Paul Mitchell of Political Data Inc. says there could be as many as 3 million still-uncounted votes.
