PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) – A social media post is credited with helping bring in an attempted robbery suspect.
Around 10 p.m. Wednesday, 20-year-old Noah C. Francis was inside “The Store” on Highway 49 and Dry Creek Road when he picked up a 12-pack of beer and allegedly tried to walk out without paying.
