Asm. Weber to host Restorative Justice Briefing

(SACRAMENTO) – Assemblymember Dr. Shirley N. Weber invites members of the community to attend a Legislative Briefing on Restorative Justice on Wednesday, April 13. The briefing is scheduled to be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in Room 127 of the State Capitol.
Restorative justice, Dr. Weber states, provides an alternative framework for thinking about wrongdoing. Restorative Justice expands the circle of stakeholders beyond just the justice system and the offenders; it also includes victims
