ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Officials say they’re now pushing to have the fee a Good Samaritan incurred after helping out crash victims waived.
Derrick Deanda jumped into action after he happened upon a family trapped by a crash back in September 2015. A man and his three children were trapped inside of a car after it rolled over.
