3 Transported After Car Crashes Into Tree In West Sacramento

WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Three people are being taken to the hospital after a car crash in West Sacramento Thursday morning.
The scene is near Harbor Boulevard and Riverbank Road.
A car apparently lost control and ran into a tree near the levee.
West Sacramento police say they believe the car lost control due to joyriding at excessive speed.
