20 Displaced From Women’s And Children’s Shelter

YUBA CITY (CBS13) – Twenty women and children were displaced from a domestic violence shelter in Yuba City last evening after a fire damaged the building they were being housed in.
The Yuba City Fire Department were dispatched out to the Casa De Esperanza shelter at 1:30am to fight the blaze.  Executive Director of the shelter Marsha Krause-Taylor told  CBS 13 that “the immediate needs of the 20 displaced persons were being attended too thanks to a very loving community. &r
