Woman's car stuck, asks for help, gets struck by car in attempted robbery instead

Rochester Police say a woman near Meigs and East Avenue asked for help when her car was stuck on ice. Instead of helping, people say two people tried to steal her purse and struck her with their vehicle as they fled.
