Teens accused of setting man on fire indicted on murder, arson charges

The Monroe County District Attorney's Office said a grand jury chose to indict 16-year-old Jayvion Perry and 14-year-old Adriel Riley Jr. each on a count of second-degree murder, two counts of fourth-degree arson, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
