State data: This season's flu cases surpass all flu cases from 2020-21 flu season

New York State Department of Health statistics confirm that the number of lab-confirmed cases of the flu has already surpassed the total from all of the 2020-21 and this week's cases are higher than the number of cases during the same time in the 2019-20 and 2018-19 flu seasons.
