Seneca County asking residents to report damage from Tropical Storm Fred

Seneca County residents may soon be able to get help from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) after remnants of Tropical Storm Fred caused flooding damage in many areas in the Finger Lakes Region two weeks ago.
