RPD arrests man for two separate 2022 homicides, arraigned Monday morning

26-year-old Tyrone Jiggets was arraigned on Monday after he was arrested over the weekend. Jiggets is being accused of shooting four people in two separate incidents in Rochester, two of them being killed.
