Rochester area lawmakers from both parties express support for revoking Cuomo's emergency powers

From both sides of the aisle, Rochester area lawmakers agreed that it is time for a plan to revoke emergency powers granted to Gov. Andrew Cuomo to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
