RFD, RPD crews prevent damage or injuries during Bausch & Lomb hazmat situation

The Rochester Police and Fire departments Thursday tackled a Level 1 Hazmat situation at Bausch & Lomb Thursday and prevented any injuries to employees or damage to the building.
