Report: Draft opinion suggests Supreme Court will overturn abortion decision

A draft Supreme Court majority opinion that was obtained by Politico Monday night would return the issue of abortion to the states, functionally overruling the landmark Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey decisions.
