Perinton hearing comments on Host Community Agreement for High Acres Landfill

Leaders in Perinton and Monroe County celebrated Monday over a proposed new set of standards for the High Acres Landfill they hoped would reduce the smell it inflicts on the community by reducing the amount of refuse it takes from New York City.
