Mayor Warren's third 'State of the City' installment' released: Includes job creation and protection

According to the Mayor's office, the video, which will be released publicly later Wednesday,discusses the successes of the Rochester economy prior to the pandemic, as well as efforts to assist employers and protect jobs through the past year.
