Local state senator proposing bill to give $1,200 incentive for people to return to work

The Transportation Security Administration, local restaurants and other businesses are among those who have been offering incentives to get people off unemployment and back to work, and now a state senator is pushing a bill that will offer people some more cash to get back to business.
