Legislative leaders announce agreement on marijuana bill, expected to vote next week

Governor Andrew Cuomo, Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Senate Finance Committee Chair Liz Krueger, and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie announced on Saturday that an agreement on legislation to legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana has been reached and will be voted on next week.
