Fringe Fest indoor shows to be vaccinated-only

Only the vaccinated will be allowed into Fringe Fest's indoor shows this year.The KeyBank Rochester Fringe Festival is joining a growing list of local businesses and entertainment venues requiring patrons to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
