Fact Check: Finger Lakes Region is not 70% vaccinated

New York State has been celebrating a major milestone. Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced this week, 70% of adult New Yorkers have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. However, that's not the case in many parts of our region.
