Downtown fireworks in Rochester

Tonight fireworks returned to the city of Rochester. Downtown was packed with people watching. News10NBC’s Stephanie Duprey was out around Monroe County all afternoon at different Fourth of July festivals and takes us through what we're seeing in the city.
