DA's Office: 2nd suspect in deadly attempted carjacking in Gates indicted on 'at least 1 count'

The Thursday preliminary hearing for one of the suspects in the deadly Gates attempted carjacking has been canceled because he was indicted by a grand jury on at least one count.
