DA's Office: 16-year-old charged with murder in shooting during Gates carjacking

A 16-year-old has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of an Irondequoit man during an attempted carjacking in Gates earlier this month, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.
