Cuomo attorneys claim AG investigation was done with 'predetermined result in mind'

The attorneys representing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo are claiming that the findings released in a 168-report which detailed credible sexual harassment accusations against Cuomo was done with a "predetermined result in mind."
