COVID data: 139 patients in FLX hospitals admitted for COVID/complications, county updates death count

COVID data released Feb. 22 shows 139 people in Finger Lakes Hospitals were admitted due to COVID or complications of COVID and 183 COVID-positive people were admitted for other reasons.
