City Council bill would crack down on illegal dirt bikes, ATVs

A City Council bill would place stiff fines on riders of illegal dirt bikes and ATVs in the city of Rochester.Anyone caught riding dirt bike, ATV, or other so-called off-road vehicle that is not registered for street use in the city would face stiff fines under legislation sponsored by City Councilmember Jose Peo and Council President Loretta Scott.
