AG James among AGs urging Facebook to drop 'Instagram for kids' proposal

New York Attorney General Letitia James is co-leader of a bipartisan group of 44 attorneys general urging Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to drop company plans for a version of Instagram for children under the age of 13.
