Teen gunned down in Linda Vista, SDPD homicide team investigating

Police described the gunman as a heavyset Asian man between 28 and 32 years old, wearing a white shirt and white and red baseball hat. His car was a four-door Honda or Toyota sedan, gold or tan with a racing stripe.
