Shelter in Carson City Opens Tonight

When the weather gets below 15 degrees or an emergency is declared, a shelter in Carson City is opened.  FISH (Friends in Service Helping) with Carson City and the Red Cross say the shelter at Fuji Park will be open Tuesday night from 7 pm to 7 am.
