Wake County likely to see both snow and rain from weekend storm

The National Weather Service on Friday afternoon extended a winter storm watch to more counties, including Wake and Durham counties. The watch, which meanswinter weather is possible within 24 to 48 hours begins at 7 a.m. Sunday and lasts until 7 p.m. Monday.
