Two arrested in connection with Rocky Mount dealership break-in and multi-county car thefts

Rocky Mount police arrested Jabari Rogers, 19, and Houston Vance, 23, after they were accused of breaking into a Rocky Mount dealership and stealing cars from other counties. The two are being held in Nash County jail without bond.
