Trees collapse on homes in Durham storms, crashes and standing water reported

Severe early morning storms in Durham left a trail of destruction Tuesday, including a fallen tree on Hartford Court that damaged the roofs of multiple townhomes. In addition to property damage, the storm has caused several vehicle accidents, resulting in lane closures on Interstate 85.
