State Highway Patrol arrest driver in hit-and-run crash

Troopers said the crash happened around 7 p.m. on Saturday along NC-751 near US-70 when a Chevrolet Tahoe hit two cyclists. Jorge Salvador Vazquez-Castillo was arrested in Durham County Wednesday night.
