Second round of severe weather possible tonight, bringing wind gusts, isolated tornadoes

Dangerous wind gusts are possible until 7 p.m. on Thursday as Tropical Storm Zeta moves across the state. At around noon, wind gusts over 50 mph were reported in both Raleigh and Durham.
