Raleigh pushes ahead with Fayetteville Street plan to add more art, outdoor dining

On Tuesday, the Raleigh city council approved a new phase of the Fayetteville Streetscape project. It will add more public art, remove some stone and marble planters plus make more space for outdoor dining.
