Proposed settlement could compensate people wrongfully arrested over 2023 eCourts errors

According to court documents, Tyler Technologies, the company behind North Carolina's $100 million eCourts system, would set aside up to $1.5 million for claims while denying any wrongdoing over claims that people were wrongfully arrested and overjailed.
