New bill could hold gunowners liable for shootings committed with their lost or stolen weapons

S.B. 161, the Jenesis Firearm Accountability Act, is named after Jenesis Dockery, who authorities said was shot and killed by an 11-year-old boy inside Dockery's babysitter's home.
