Missing 3-year-old from Garner found safe, Amber Alert canceled

According to the Wake County Sheriff's Office, 30-year-old Zackary Richard Upton and 54-year-old Christina Gardner Jones took a 3-year-old girl Wednesday from Benson Road in Garner.
