Golf tournament honors 10-year-old Brooklyn Carroll, promotes safe boating

More than a year after Brooklyn Carroll was killed in a boating crash at Harris Lake, an inaugural golf tournament in her honor is raising money to improve boating safety and help prevent similar tragedies.
