Developer withdraws plans for data center in southeast Raleigh, mayor says

According to Mayor Janet Cowell, Beacon Partners has withdrawn its proposal to build a data center on Jones Sausage Road. The 100,000-square-foot building was proposed to go on a more than 13-acre parcel of land that was already zoned for industrial mixed use.
