Crash backs up traffic on US-1 in New Hill, near Pleasant Plains

According to traffic alerts, the shoulder of US-1 North near Exit 92 toward Apex and N.C. Highway 540 is closed due to a crash. Traffic is building between exits 89 and 92, which takes you near the Amgen manufacturing plant in Apex.
