Teen plotted ISIS-inspired mass shooting at Texas mall

A Texas teen is accused of trying to recruit others for an ISIS-inspired plot to commit a mass shooting at a local mall. High school student Matin Azizi-Yarand used $1,400 for the purchase of weapons and tactical gear, and had planned to disseminate a "Message to America" to explain the reasons for his attack, according to Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis.
