The Plano City Council was set to consider an effort to recall councilman Tom Harrison over his inflammatory social media posts during Monday's meeting after a petition calling for an election to remove him was declared valid. Last week, a group called Our Plano One Plano submitted 568 pages containing more than 4,400 signatures seeking an election to try to remove Harrison from office.
