New NetScout office campus kicks off in Allen

The Massachusetts-based firm is relocating its regional office and research facility from Plano to a 145,000-square-foot office building to be developed in the Watters Creek project near Bethany Drive west of North Central Expressway. Almost 500 people will be working in the new One Bethany at Watters Creek building to be constructed by Kaizen Development Partners.
