Dog About Town: Dashing, dining and more things to do

Run or walk for a great cause at the SPCA of Texas' annual Strut Your Mutt on Saturday at Trinity Groves. The 5K timed run at 8:30 a.m. and 3K fun run/walk at 9:30 will go over the Ronald Kirk Bridge and wind through the Design District before heading back for a party featuring a DJ, free food and drinks including mimosas and beer and a Bow-Wow-Bazaar with vendors, demos and more.
