In land-locked North Texas, backers of Plano's Granite Park project plan to hook locals with a lure few developers can match -- waterfront dining. Plano-based Granite Properties recently announced the first three tenants for its under-construction restaurant row called The Boardwalk, the latest addition to the 90-acre, mixed use Granite Park development.
