2 arrested, another possibly at large in slaying at Garland apartment

Two men have been charged with murder in a slaying at a Garland apartment last month - but a third person may still be at large, police say. Police found Larry Donnell Smith Jr., 32, shot the night of April 24 at the Richland Apartments in the 3200 block of Buckingham Road, near North Jupiter Road.
