Who ya gonna call? A locksmith, as Westmoreland County sheriff's locked doors thwart a search warrant

Agents from the Pennsylvania attorney general's office executed a search warrant Friday morning on the offices of embattled Westmoreland County Sheriff Jonathan Held — and summoned a locksmith when they were confronted by two locked doors within the office.
